The Championship round of the playoffs is here with a berth in the Super Bowl on the line. Come chat with us in our live thread!

With a trip to the Super Bowl on the line, the Championship round of the NFL Playoffs features two highly competitive games.

The NFC Championship battle between the Washington Commanders and Philadelphia Eagles will air at 3 p.m. ET on FOX, followed by the AFC Championship match between the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs at 6:30 p.m. ET on CBS.

Commanders at Eagles

Date: Sunday, January 26, 2025
Time: 3 p.m. ET
Location: Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
TV: FOX
Announcers: Kevin Burkhardt, Tom Brady, with field reporters Erin Andrews, Tom Rinaldi
Online Streaming: FOX Sports, NFL Sunday Ticket via YouTube, NFL+ Premium
Betting line via FanDuel Sportsbook: Eagles -6.5 points.

The Commanders and Eagles split their two regular season matchups this season. The Eagles won 26-18 in Week 11 behind a monster day from Saquon Barkley, who registered 146 yards rushing, including two rushing touchdowns in the final five minutes of the game. In Week 16, the Commanders came out on top 36-33, behind a Jayden Daniels five-touchdown passing performance, including making three in the fourth quarter and the final touchdown pass coming with just six seconds remaining in the game.

As the No. 6 seed, the Commanders are playing with house money which has resulted in a relaxed style of play that has put up a lot of points in the early round of the playoffs, while the Eagles are heavy favorites but have been playing like it, dominating each of their playoff games.

Bills at Chiefs

Date: Sunday, January 26, 2025
Time: 6:30 p.m. ET
Location: GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri
TV: CBS
Announcers: Jim Nantz, Tony Romo, with field reporters Tracy Wolfson, Jay Feely
Streaming: Paramount+, NFL Sunday Ticket via YouTube, NFL+ Premium,
Betting line via FanDuel Sportsbook: Chiefs -1.5 points

The Bills and Chiefs faced off in Week 11 during the regular season with the Bills coming away with a 30-21 win (their fourth consecutive regular season win over the Chiefs). Josh Allen took over that game, throwing for 262 yards and rushing for 55, including a 26-yard touchdown run with just over two minutes remaining, effectively sealing the win.

In their postseason histories, the Chefs have won four of their last six meetings, including the 2020 AFC Championship, as well as the 2021 and 2023 Divisional rounds of the playoffs.

Amazingly, this is the Chiefs’ seventh-consecutive postseason in which they’ve reached the AFC Championship game. They’ll be looking to head to the Super Bowl for the third consecutive season, hoping to three-peat.

Meanwhile, Allen is in the middle of a potential MVP season, and this could be his best chance to get the Bills in the Super Bowl for the first time since 1994.
