The Bengals front office appears likely to stay intact.
The Cincinnati Bengals coaching staff underwent some immense changes as defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo was fired along with several other coaches. Zac Taylor remains as the head coach, and the front office appears to be intact still.
There were reports that Trey Brown, who has been with the Bengals for the last few seasons after starting his career as a scout for the New England Patriots, was being considered for the New York Jets opening general manager spot.
That is likely to be filled by Denver Broncos assistant GM Darren Mougey instead, according to Josina Anderson. This likely ensures that Brown will stay in Queen City for at least another season.

The Bengals don’t have a sizable player development staff, so keeping Brown should prove to be paramount.
Brown, who is 39 and from Overland Park, Kansas, joined the franchise in 2021 as a scout and has been a senior personnel executive since 2022. He spent time with AAF and XFL franchises as well.
This is a key update for the Bengals, who will thankfully not have to hunt for his replacement.
