After a sad and disappointing season, the Miami Dolphins have to shift their focus towards the offseason. This team needs to get a lot done over these next few months if they want to contend in a very competitive AFC conference. The offensive line needs an overhaul, the safeties room needs an overhaul, and the team has to find good backup quarterback already. It should be a busy offseason with Chris Grier and Mike McDaniel’s jobs on the line.
