The upcoming battle between the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens is all about the MVP players involved.

Bills quarterback Josh Allen and Ravens QB Lamar Jackson are the favorites for the 2024 NFL MVP Award. Those two being involved in this contest is a big reason why Buffalo and Baltimore’s Divisional game was slotted in the “Sunday Night Football” time frame.

But if you’re asking those two about the QBs playing against each other, they won’t have much to say about that storyline.

Both players have discussed the upcoming game this week. The pair are looking at the much bigger picture.

“To me, us players, we just trying to win,” Jackson said. “We don’t really care how people feel about. We just trying to go out there and win.”

Allen made a pretty good point about it as well. Technically, he won’t be on the field at the same time as Jackson anyway…

“In the history of football, I’ve never really against another quarterback, I play against their defense,” Allen said.

That is fair.
