That could change, but right now that seems to be what it looks like
The pendulum appears to be swinging towards both New York Giants general manager Joe Schoen and head coach Brian Daboll keeping their jobs heading into the 2025 season.
Two heavy-hitting NFL insiders on Sunday morning said it looks like Daboll and Schoen will return for fourth seasons with New York.
Jay Glazer on FOX said this:
“The sentiment around the league is that Joe Schoen is in, Brian Daboll is out. I don’t think that’s the case. I think Brian Daboll ends up being safe out there. I think both come back to New York.”
Adam Schefter is also leaning toward safe for Daboll:
“John Mara has told us all along he does not want to make change … Brian Daboll’s got time left, Giants fans aren’t going to be happy about it, but Brian Daboll and the general manager Joe Schoen both safe right now.”
