5 incentives or milestones key Ravens can reach in Week 18 matchup vs. Browns
The Baltimore Ravens are now the No. 3 seed and in control of the AFC North after Pittsburgh’s 29-10 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Christmas Day.
The Chiefs (15-1) clinched the No. 1 overall seed and home-field advantage with the win, while the Steelers (10-6) dropped from the No. 3 seed to the 5th spot and would travel to face the Texans on Wild Card Weekend if Baltimore wins out. The Ravens will play their starters, and several players are interested in performing well.
With the help of Spotrac, we’re looking at five incentives or contractual milestones several Ravens can reach in the season finale.
RB Derrick Henry

Henry has earned his rush yards and touchdown incentives, bringing in an extra $2 million in 2024. He can earn another $500,000 with a Ravens Super Bowl win. Henry carries a non-guaranteed $7M salary in 2025 that’ll certainly be paid out and could be adjusted.
LB Kyle Van Noy

Van Noy earned $500,000 for logging seven sacks and playing 50% of the snaps. He can earn another $250,000 with a half-sack against the Browns and another $250,000 for a 2.5-sack performance.

A dominant day in the passing game could earn Hill $250,000 if he can log eight receptions in Week 18.

Ricard doesn’t get many carries, but with two rushing touchdowns, the Ravens fullback can earn $100,000 in incentives.
