How to watch the Miami Dolphins at New York Jets Week 18 game.

The Miami Dolphins’ 2024 regular season comes down to one game. Miami visits the New York Jets in Week 18 with everything on the line, a win and a little help can land them in the playoffs. A loss sends them home for the offseason, with nothing but questions to be answered and a lot of work to be done.

The Dolphins are 8-8 on the year, sitting in the eighth position in the AFC playoff picture, one spot out of the postseason. They are one of three teams in the conference, along with the Denver Broncos and Cincinnati Bengals, who are vying for the final wild card position. Denver has the advantage, needing just to win in their season finale to lock down the spot. Miami claims the berth if they win and the Broncos lose. The Bengals need losses from both the Dolphins and Broncos, along with a win of their own, to make it into the playoffs.

New York is 4-12 on the season, having struggled through inconsistent play much of the year. They are currently seventh in the 2025 NFL Draft order, one of five teams a game ahead of the worst record in the league – with four teams all tied at 3-13.

The league scheduled the Dolphins at Jets game at the same time as the Kansas City Chiefs at Broncos game, likely setting up a simultaneous decision on who makes the AFC playoffs and who misses out. Where will the game air? We take a look at the television and streaming plans for the game.

When is kickoff?

The Dolphins and Jets will kickoff at 4:25 p.m. Eastern from East Rutherford, New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium.

Which channel will carry the Jets at Dolphins game?

FOX will cover the game while CBS will air the Chiefs at Broncos game.

Who will handle the commentary?

Joe Davis, Greg Olsen, Pam Oliver

How can I stream the game?

Fox Sports will handle the primary online stream. You can also stream the game on YouTube.TV if you have the NFL Sunday Ticket subscription.

Where will the game be aired on local affiliates?

After weeks of being relegated to regional coverage, the Dolphins find themselves going to much of the country. Essentially everything east of Arizona, the western half of Nevada, north western Wyoming, and most of Montana will get the game. Everything from those areas west will split the Seattle Seahawks at Los Angeles Rams and the San Francisco at Arizona Cardinals games.

Des Moines, Iowa is the only market in the eastern two-thirds of the country not scheduled for the Dolphins at Jets game.

Hawaii will also receive the game.
