Amarius Mims and Geno Stone are also questionable.
The meeting of the Cincinnati Bengals and Denver Broncos on Saturday will be the biggest game of the season for both teams. The Bengals can not afford another loss if they want to get into the postseason, and Denver is fighting to stay in control of their destiny.
Thursday brought good injury news for the Bengals.
Offensive tackle Orlando Brown Jr. (fibula) will play on Saturday. Brown has missed six of the last seven games dealing with the injury but is back in the fold this weekend.
Wide receiver Tee Higgins (ankle/knee) is questionable. Higgins appeared to injure his ankle in last week’s win over the Cleveland Browns but returned to the game.
Offensive tackle Amarius Mims (ankle/hand) is questionable but reports earlier Thursday said he would be playing through the ankle he has dealt with since Week 5, and he has a broken hand now.
Defensive end Joseph Ossai and safety Geno Stone are both battling illness, but Taylor said he is hopeful they can suit up Saturday afternoon. Neither practiced on Thursday, as there seems to have been a bug going around the locker room in recent weeks.
Sheldon Rankins (illness) will not play Saturday, while defensive end Sam Hubbard (knee) will be out as well.
Tight end Tanner Hudson (knee) is doubtful, while wide receiver Charlie Jones (groin) is questionable.
For the Broncos, running back Tyler Badie (back) is listed as questionable. Everybody else is good to go.
