Week 17 of the NFL season continues this evening with the traveling Seattle Seahawks taking on the Chicago Bears. With their 4 and 10 record, the Bears are obviously out of the 2024 NFC playoffs. Chicago has also lost nine games in a row, including their loss last week against the Detroit Lions 34 to 17. At 8 and 7, the Seahawks still have a slim shot to make the 2024 playoffs. Seattle has lost their last two games, including their loss last weekend to the Minnesota Vikings, which was 27 to 24.

-My Pick: Seattle will cover the line. Seattle enters week 16 as clearly the better of the two teams. The Seahawks are also statistically better than the Bears in nearly every offensive or defensive category. The Bears come into the week with nothing to play for and are better off losing at this point than winning. The Seahawks, on the other hand, are still in the running for a spot in the NFC playoffs. Seattle should easily cover the line this evening.
