The Cincinnati Bengals have signed defensive tackle Domenique Davis and linebacker Craig Young to the practice squad, the team announced Tuesday.
Davis, weighing in at 6-foot-2 and 330 pounds, is a first-year player out of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. He was a college free agent signee of the New York Jets in 2020 and spent time on Cincinnati’s practice squad from the start of the 2022 season through the first six games of this season, then was released from the practice squad on October 22nd. Davis signed on November 5th to the Pittsburgh Steelers practice squad, where he spent four games before being released on December 6th. Davis played in two games for the Bengals in 2022 and totaled three tackles.
Young, standing at 6-foot-3 and 225 pounds, is a rookie out of the University of Kansas. He was a college free agent signee of the Indianapolis Colts in May. Young was waived by the Colts on final cuts and signed on October 16th to Pittsburgh’s practice squad, where he spent three games. He was released from the Steelers’ practice squad on November 5th.
