Drew Lock undergoing MRI on his throwing shoulder
The New York Giants are once again facing an uncertain quarterback situation as they head into a Week 17 home game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Head coach Brian Daboll said that Drew Lock, who was the quarterback in Sunday’s loss to the Atlanta Falcons, is getting an MRI Monday on his throwing shoulder.
“We’ll see where he’s at after today,” Daboll.
Since benching and ultimately waiving Daniel Jones the Giants have had a weekly merry-go-round at quarterback.

Week 15 — DeVito
Week 16 — Lock
Daboll said that linebacker Micah McFadden suffered a stinger on Sunday, and that running back Tyrone Tracy and center John Michael Schmitz aggravated ankle injuries.
The 2-13 Giants have already lost a single-season franchise record 10 straight games. They will be trying to avoid becoming the first team in NFL history to go 0-9 at home. FanDuel Sportsbook lists the Giants as 7.5-point underdogs to the Colts.
