It’s a hot topic in the Raider Nation these days?
To tank or not to tank.
That has been a hot-button topic in sports for ages and it is relevant to the Las Vegas Raiders right now.
The Raiders are meandering toward the end of a bitterly disappointing season. They sit at 2-12 with a 10-game losing streak (their longest in 10 years). They are tied with the New York Giants for the worst record in the NFL and they would use a top pick on a quarterback to try to begin the process upward.
So, many Raiders fans have expressed they want the team to lose out to ensure they get a good draft pick. Their reasoning is there is no use for the squad to win and and get a lower draft pick to lessen their chance of scoring a top-quarterback prospect.
It makes sense, of course.
But, then, there is a group of fans who just can’t stomach the idea of rooting for their team to lose no matter he draft ramifications.
Let us know where you stand. This is a no-judging zone. It’s a tricky situation and whatever you feel is understandable.
