It’s a tough choice
The focus of the rest of the 2024 NFL season and the offseason for the Las Vegas Raiders will be the draft.
This is a major draft for the franchise. It has a huge need for a quarterback. That is where the team’s draft needs begin.
Butt there is also the possibility of the team getting the opportunity to draft Colorado star wide receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter?
We recently asked our community members if Raiders had a chance to draft Hunter, should they do it or focus on a quarterback such as his Colorado teammate Shedeur Sanders or Miami’s Cam Ward.
It’s a tough question, and, understandably, the vote was close. But, in the end, the voters think quarterback is the way to go.
In a poll with 786 votes cast, 53 percent of the voters (419 votes) believe quarterback is the way to go, while 47 percent (367) would go with Hunter.
While the idea of Hunter playing both ways for the Silver and Black is a tempting notion, I agree — quarterback has to be the focus.
Thanks to all who participated.
