The Miami Dolphins got a scare on Sunday when left tackle Terron Armstead left the game early with a knee issue he has been battling through all season long. Mike McDaniel met with the media yesterday and it sounds like the Dolphins and Armstead avoided disaster and the tackle will simple get some rest and not require surgery. Rookie Patrick Paul took over at left tackle against the New York Jets and did a pretty solid job filling in for Armstead.
