Your open thread for Monday Night Football
The Dallas Cowboys will host the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday Night Football to cap Week 14.
This is a battle between two of the most disappointing teams in the NFL this year. Both the Cowboys and Bengals were expected to field high-powered offenses and challenge for their division titles as well as conference championships. Instead, they’re a combined 9 and 15 and more likely to be drafting in the Top 10 than anything else.
The Bengals are currently favored by 5.5 points, per FanDuel sportsbook. Will they roll the Cowboys or will Dallas get the upset at home coming off of a mini-bye?

I’m going with the Bengals for this one, though I could certainly see Dallas pulling off the upset. If they do, it will be thanks to Micah Parsons creating havoc with Orlando Brown out of the game and forcing Joe Burrow to make mistakes.
However, the Bengals simply have more offensive firepower — as well as their starting quarterback. Dallas’ defense is built to play with a lead, and while the Bengals’ offensive line is a mess, I don’t know if Dallas’ own offense can put enough pressure on the Bengals’ offense to keep up and divert from their game plan.
Cooper Rush has been efficient, but I don’t know if that will be enough if the Bengals offense gets rolling.
