Detroit Lions coach Dan Campbell’s post-game locker room celebration against the Packers was somehow even MORE intense than normal.
The only thing better than a Detroit Lions win? A Detroit Lions win over the Green Bay Packers? And the only thing better than that? A Dan Campbell locker room speech after said win.
Thanks to Prime Video, we didn’t have to wait for the Lions to release the video themselves. They dropped an abridged version on the broadcast and subsequently on social media.

“I’m so freakin’ proud of you,” Campbell starts. “That’s the way to show up. You talk about pressure, we live in pressure. That’s where we freakin’ thrive.”
The Lions went into this game severely shorthanded on defense. They added four players less than a week ago, and all four of them were active and played a role in Detroit’s thrilling 34-31 victory over the Packers to clinch a playoff spot and put Green Bay in a deep third place in the division.
“It doesn’t matter who’s playing for us, it doesn’t matter what’s going on, you always find a way to win,” Campbell shouted. Later adding, “This has been in the making, man. This has been in the making. We were all supposed to be here together. We’re destined for this.”
Any Dan Campbell post-game speech is amazing, but you can tell this one meant a little more to him, because he was screaming the entire way. Which is appropriate, because I think every Lions fan was screaming during that entire fourth quarter.
The Lions are 12-1, y’all. Soak it in.
