Bills at Rams: 5 storylines to watch for in Week 14
The Buffalo Bills will turn to one of the final few days of their 2024 NFL season.
Following their win over the San Francisco 49ers, the Bills (10-2) will take on the Los Angeles Rams (6-6) at SoFi Stadium in Week 14.
But before we even get to kickoff, there will be a lot of Bills-related discussions and conversations to be had throughout the coming days.
Here are five storylines to watch for during the lead up to Bills game against the Rams:
Still being motivated

The Bills are fresh off of winning their fifth-straight AFC East title in defeating the 49ers. That’s all and well–but the season is not over. That victory cannot make Buffalo overlook the Rams. This will be a good opportunity for Los Angeles to punch Buffalo right in the nose from the get go.
Winning out west
Imagn
Earlier this year, the Bills have shown they can win out on the west coast. Most recently, Buffalo defeated the Seattle Seahawks in their house. But such long travel still plays a part and the Bills will have to factor that into their preparations throughout the coming days.
In addition, the Bills are 3-0 against NFC foes so far this year.
Micah’s back

Well, Micah Hyde is back. It’s hard to envision him having any time of playing role right away, but his roster status will still be discussed throughout the coming days.
A nicer day at the office

The Bills and Niners played in a winter wonderland on Sunday. This upcoming weekend, that’s not going to be the case out in Los Angeles. Even so, Buffalo still needs to dominate in the same areas they did against San Francisco. The top two might be their play in the trenches and in the turnover department.
Keeping pace
Imagn
Even if the Chiefs end up locking up the No. 1 seed in the conference, the Bills will have plenty to play for. But that will involve Buffalo holding off opponents trying to catch them. It’s much more motivating to have something to try and achieve… so keep on winning to keep a goal in mind before the postseason begins.
Translation: Don’t make this a trap game, Bills.
