Will the Los Angeles Rams show up in quarters three and four?

The Los Angeles Rams trail the New Orleans Saints by a score of 6-0 after the first two quarters of play. LA didn’t seem to show up at the start of the contest as they failed to score any points in the first 30-minutes of play (that apparently hasn’t happened to the Rams since Sean McVay’s rookie season). Though the team was fortunate that the Saints missed a makeable field goal.

Other than the missed field goal by New Orleans there hasn’t been too much to be excited about for the Rams as Matthew Stafford and his receivers have not appeared on the same page.

Braden Fiske actually had a highlight when he returned what looked like a fumble for a touchdown, but upon review the call was reversed and the fumble was declared an incompletion.

This looked like a game that LA had a chance to get “get right” in, but instead so far this game is showing that the Rams are certainly far away from the team they were when they won the Super Bowl a few seasons ago.

But it’s only been one half of play, so it’s still anyone’s game. The Rams may not have started the way they wanted to, but they still have a chance to finish strong and earn the result they have been working all week for.
