For your late-afternoon viewing pleasure.
The late-afternoon game on Thanksgiving will feature an NFC East matchup between the New York Giants (2-9) on the road against the Dallas Cowboys (4-7).
Dallas leads the all-time series between these divisional team, 76-46-2, and has won 14 of the 15 most-recent meetings. They faced off earlier this season, with the Cowboys winning on the road, 20-15.
Things have changed a lot for both teams since their September game, and it’ll be interesting to see what happens on Thursday. The Giants will go to their third quarterback in as many weeks, this time hoping Drew Lock is able to do something, and the Cowboys are still competing despite a long list of injuries and nearly no shot at winning the NFC East.
The Eagles (9-2) currently lead the division, followed by the Commanders (7-4), then the Cowboys, and then the Giants in last place. These teams aren’t really in contention, but one of them will mess up their draft position with a win.
