How to watch Lions vs. Jaguars: TV channel, announcers, kickoff time, more
The Detroit Lions have won seven games in a row. The only time in franchise history they’ve won eight in a row was the very first year they became the Detroit Lions, way back in 1934.
Standing in their way of matching that franchise record is the 2-8 Jacksonville Jaguars, who have lost three in a row and will be missing starting quarterback Trevor Lawrence this week.
The Jaguars may not be quite as bad as their record suggests. Six of their eight losses have been by a single score. Only the Bears (35-16) and Bills (47-10) have beaten the Jaguars by more than a touchdown… although they both absolutely wiped the floor with the Jags. Also concerning for the Jaguars: they’ve allowed at least 400 total yards of offense to six of their 10 opponents, including each of the last three. Say hello to the No. 2 scoring offense in football, Jaguars: The Detroit Lions.
The Lions are back in the 1 p.m. ET slot and at home. But this week is one of those odd CBS broadcasts, featuring the always-entertaining commentary duo of Kevin Harlan and Trent Green.
