Raiders fan lose confidence during the bye week in the teams direction

The Las Vegas Raiders are getting ready to face the Miami Dolphins in Miami. The two teams almost have identical records and attempt to revive their seasons with a win.

Antonio Pierce changed the coaching staff and conducted a team meeting last week. The meeting didn’t end like last season with Josh McDaniels, but grievances were out in the open. It could be a turning point for a team on the brink of looking toward the draft, just like their fans.
