Bengals open up as sizable underdogs vs. the Ravens

The Bengals have another opportunity to get to .500, but it is a tall task in Baltimore.

The Cincinnati Bengals have an incredibly quick turnaround this week as the team gears up for a Thursday Night Football matchup with the Baltimore Ravens.

The Bengals are coming off another must-win, taking down the Raiders 41-24, moving to 4-5 on the season.

Joe Burrow and Trey Hendrickson were stellar against the Raiders and will need to continue that level of play in Baltimore if the Bengals hope to win.

With that being said, the win over Vegas felt like the first time the team has played complementary football, and we will need to keep that up to keep the season alive.

The Bengals have officially opened up as touchdown underdogs against the Ravens and have their work cut out for them on Thursday night. FanDuel Sportsbook has Baltimore favored by 6.5 points, with an over/under of 52.5 points.

The last time these two teams met brought up some PTSD for Bengals fans, including myself.

It was an absolute shootout, and the Bengals had a chance to win it in overtime, but a botched snap caused Evan McPherson to miss the game-winning field goal. The Ravens then went down the field, and Justin Tucker won it for Baltimore.

For Burrow, this game might have some extra weight after his season-ending injury a year ago in Baltimore… on Thursday Night Football.

Will the Bengals get back to .500 on Thursday night? It feels like a must.
