More bad injury news on Sunday morning.
The Cincinnati Bengals haven’t announced the inactive list for Sunday’s game at home against the Raiders, but they’ve already let it be known that running back Zack Moss won’t be suiting up for the team’s Week 9 game.

On top of that, according to James Rapien, Moss’ neck injury is severe enough he could miss significant time, and fans shouldn’t be surprised if he goes on IR soon.
Moss was signed as a free agent by the Bengals this offseason to join Chase Brown in the backfield in hopes of replacing Joe Mixon, who was traded to the Texans. So far this season, he’s gained 242 yards on the ground and scored two touchdowns.
Brown has earned more playing time as of late, but Moss’ ability to pass protect will be missed. The Bengals still have Trayveon Williams and they’ve activated Kendall Milton off the practice squad to make up for Moss’ absence.
Stay tuned as this story develops.
