Rams bring back Puka Nacua, put Troy Reeder on IR
The story has quickly changed for Puka Nacua, as the second-year receiver went from being a long shot to play at the start of the week to being activated on Thursday with the intention to play against the Vikings. Nacua may not start or play a lot of snaps, but the Rams want him there — alongside Cooper Kupp — when they face the Vikings tonight.
If the Rams are rebuilding or giving up on the season, they sure do not act like it.

It would be all too easy for the Rams to sideline Nacua for a long time and protect him for 2025, but instead Sean McVay wants all hands on deck for Thursday’s game against the Vikings. If L.A. wins on Thursday, it will be harder to justify tanking the season and trading star players like Kupp and Matthew Stafford, as has been rumored.
Nacua hasn’t played since Week 1. Kupp not since Week 2. This will be a different Rams team in Week 8.
