Los Angeles Rams News and Links for 10/21/24
Sean McVay and the Los Angeles Rams beat the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 7 and you can watch the head coach’s speech to the team below. Needless to say (but I’ll say it anyways), the team was fired after rising to 2-4 and knowing they play again this Thursday against the Minnesota Vikings. LA just had a big win and have a chance to earn a bigger win again an NFC opponent soon. The Rams have a lot to be excited about, but they also have a lot to prepare for.
Check out the victory speech below, please comment on whatever you want and happy victory Monday Rams fans!

Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby is indifferent on the loss to the Rams compared to fans (atozsports)
“Overall I think we played our ass off. We’ve just got to get better as a team,” Crosby said in the locker room after the game.
He didn’t come off as mad as you maybe thought he would, especially hearing how he was after the last loss.
The Raiders are in a weird spot. If it were up to me, I’d say chalk up the season and get ready for the draft. Let guys like Crosby know what your plans are because you don’t want him to be demanding a trade. Prepare to go get your QB of the future with Tom Brady evaluating it, and then start building a team made to play in the playoffs with teams like the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills.”

“With the recent rumors of the Los Angeles Rams moving on from Cooper Kupp, there is a certain team that comes to mind that needs a veteran presence in the wide receiver room and for the team in general. That team is the New England Patriots.”

“Cobie Durant had an interception and later caused the fumble returned for a TD by Curl for the Rams (2-4), who forced four turnovers by Gardner Minshew. The Raiders’ backup quarterback was forced into action by an early hand injury for Aidan O’Connell.
Jaylen McCollough had two more interceptions for Los Angeles, including the game-clinching pick with 1:18 to play.
Matthew Stafford passed for 154 yards for the Rams (2-4), who snapped a two-game skid during their worst start to a season in coach Sean McVay’s eight years in charge.”
