Giants still looking for first victory of the season at home
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — The 2-4 New York Giants continue to seek their first victory of the season at MetLife Stadium on Sunday when they face the 3-2 Philadelphia Eagles. The Giants are 0-3 at home.
The Giants are 3-point underdogs, per FanDuel Sportsbook. Five of the six Big Blue View writers picking the game went with the Eagles to win.
The game marks the return of former Giants star Saquon Barkley to East Rutherford. Will Barkley get booed? Most Giants fans who voted in our poll don’t think he should.
Wide receiver Malik Nabers will return to action for the Giants after missing two games with a concussion. The Giants will be without star left tackle Andrew Thomas, whose season is over after surgery for a Lisfranc injury, edge defender Kayvon Thibodeaux (IR/wrist surgery), and placekicker Graham Gano (IR/hamstring).
Defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence (hip) and edge defender Brian Burns (groin) are listed as questionable. Both, however, said during the week that they expect to play.
