The Eagles lose RG Mekhi Becton days after putting LT Jordan Mailata on IR.
The Eagles were already struggling to protect Jalen Hurts in the first half on Sunday against the Giants, and then right guard Mehki Becton went to be evaluated for a concussion and was eventually ruled out.
Injury Update: T Mekhi Becton (concussion) is out.

Tyler Steen went in for Becton at RG, which leaves just three Eagles starting offensive line left in the game — Fred Johnson got the start at LT after the team announced that Jordan Mailata was placed on IR ahead of this Week 7 game. Mailata won’t be back for at least four weeks, and now Becton could miss time, as well.
The Eagles’ offense struggled against the Giants for the entire first quarter, and well into the second, before scoring their first touchdown. Quarterback Jalen Hurts was sacked three times and lost a collective 28 yards, essentially ending several drives. Things won’t get any easier for the QB with Becton out, and hopefully the depth of the OL isn’t tested with additional issues.
