Not only were the Eagles unable to put up more points before halftime against the Browns, they actually gave up points when Jake Elliott’s 57-yard field goal attempt was blocked by Myles Garrett. The ball was tipped, scooped up by former Eagles safety Rodney McLeod, and run back 50 yards for the Browns first touchdown of the game.
MYLES GARRETT BLOCKS THE FG.
BROWNS RETURN IT FOR THE TD.

Instead of a one-score lead, the Eagles instead went into half tied with the Browns at 10 points a piece. Not ideal. Philly’s offense actually had a nice long drive down the field to be in position to extend their lead, too, but hopefully they can re-establish some momentum in the second half of this game.
This is the second touchdown for McLeod over the past three games, recording a scoop and score off a fumble in Week 4. McLeod continues to be one of Cleveland’s best defensive leaders on and off the field, and was certainly moving pretty fast for a 13-year veteran.
