Returning from two major injuries last year, the Browns will have Nick Chubb on the field soon
The Bat-signal is lit and Cleveland Browns RB Nick Chubb is planning to answer it, just not this week. The Browns designated Chubb to return from the Physically Unable to Perform list two weeks ago but ruled him out for Week 6 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
It is somewhat surprising that Chubb was not able to return this week as he practiced the last two weeks. Prior to training camp, we saw a video of Cleveland’s star back squatting huge weights then came reports during camp of Chubb running and cutting in front of reporters.
While Browns fans are not optimistic that the return of Chubb will save the offense, multiple reports have come out that the team will have him back on the field in Week 7 versus their AFC North rival Cincinnati Bengals:

While Cleveland will have to activate Chubb this week or lose him for the season, getting confirmation that he will play against the Bengals next week is exciting.
Hopefully, the Browns will come home with a victory in Week 6 so Chubb’s return has a chance of making a bigger impact. Getting CB Denzel Ward on the field despite being questionable will help.
