Lamar who?
Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals offense scored a touchdown on the opening drive of the game. It’s the way they did it, though, that is worth its own post.
You see, Burrow didn’t throw his 13th touchdown pass of the season.
No.
Instead, he took a page out of fellow AFC North quarterback Lamar Jackson’s book by tucking the ball and running it for a 47-yard touchdown.
JOEY LEGS FOR THE TD!

Not only did Burrow score the first touchdown of the game, but he doubled the longest run of his career. In fact, his career high for a game is rushing yards, which was 47, and he had that in just one play Sunday night.
Hopefully, Burrow isn’t often in a situation where he has to run, but it’s nice to know he’s the kind of athlete who can also get it done with his legs. Of course, we already knew that, but it’s nice to see a reminder from time to time.
