Two superstar sack masters will be on field Sunday
In Week 4, we didn’t the anticipated monster pass-rusher matchup between Myles Garrett of the Cleveland Browns and Maxx Crosby of the Las Vegas Raiders.
Crosby ended up missing the game (the first in his six-season NFL career). But we should be set up for a big treat in Week 6 on Sunday when the Pittsburgh Steelers visit the Raiders at Allegiant Stadium. Kickoff is set for 1:05 p.m. PT.
The Steelers, of course, boast pass-rusher maven, T.J. Watt.
So, it will be an epic battle of star pass-rushers.
Crosby is on fire this season as he has five sacks in four games, while Watt continues to do Watt things.
The 2021 NFL Defensive Player of the Year was his disruptive self on Sunday night in a loss to the Dallas Cowboys. He has 4.5 sacks on the season. Sunday night, Watt became the second fastest player in NFL history to reach 100 career sacks. He has 101 sacks in eight NFL seasons.
Crosby has 57 sacks in his six NFL seasons.
It will be fun to see these two masters on the field Sunday.
