Isaiah Simmons’ final-minute field goal block seals 29-20 Giants upset of Seahawks without Malik Nabers | New York Daily News
Isaiah Simmons did not play a defensive snap today, but he stayed ready and sealed today’s win on special teams. ST coach Michael Ghobrial came in with that FG block play on Tuesday. They picked Isaiah Simmons as the hurdler, per coach Brian Daboll. They were waiting throughout the game to call it. Worked perfectly on the game’s biggest play.
“I just knew that it was my turn,” Simmons said. “It was my turn to make a play. So go make it.”

What we learned in Sunday’s Week 5 slate | FOX Sports
Tracy’s consistent ground game kept Seattle’s offense off the field — the Giants had a 2-to-1 edge in time of possession entering the fourth quarter and converted seven third downs against a Seattle defense that had been a top-five unit on third downs.

Giants rediscover their resilient magic from 2022, shock Seahawks for critically important win | NJ.com
The Giants desperately needed some of Brian Daboll’s old magic Sunday. And yeah, at this point, the magic felt old — almost from long ago — even though it was just two years back that Daboll and his resilient Giants shocked the NFL during his first season as an NFL head coach.
Nobody expected much from them Sunday in Seattle. Not against this Seahawks defense. And certainly not without wide receiver Malik Nabers and running back Devin Singletary — two critically important but injured players — boosting what had still been an underwhelming offense.
Meanwhile, over in London…
