With Raheem Mostert likely out, who will be the Robin to De’Von Achane’s Batman on Monday Night Football?
Raheem Mostert is expected to miss his third consecutive game due to a chest injury sustained in Week 1 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Mostert was limited in practice leading up to Monday Night Football against the Tennessee Titans. According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, Miami’s Pro Bowl running back will likely need at least another week before returning to action.

De’Von Achane has done most of the heavy lifting with Mostert sidelined. He played 47 snaps in Week 2 against the Buffalo Bills and 45 snaps (74 percent) in last week’s loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
The Titans allow 4.5 yards per carry, while Miami’s offense ranks 27th in the league, averaging just 3.7 yards per rush. The Dolphins have yet to lead a game this season, a top contributor to their struggles establishing the run over the first three weeks.
Tennessee’s league-worst -7 turnover ratio could provide the spark quarterback Tyler Huntley and Miami’s offense need. A fast start could help establish the ground game, giving running backs Jeff Wilson Jr. and Jaylen Wright more opportunities after limited playing time early in the season.
