Everything you need to know to watch MNF between the Lions vs. Seahawks, including kickoff time, TV channel, announcers, streaming options, and more!
Before they head into their early bye week, the Detroit Lions have a massive game on their hands. Through three weeks, the Lions have faced three teams who could be NFC contenders, and beaten two of them. But none are off to the hot start that the Seattle Seahawks are.
Seattle may not have the best resume (beaten Broncos, Patriots, Dolphins), but they’ve looked dang-good doing it. Their defense under new head coach Mike Macdonald is off to a phenomenal start, and their offensive weapons will likely keep them in every single game.
And the Lions just can’t seem to figure out the Seahawks in recent history. Including playoffs, Seattle has won nine of these last 10 matchups, including six straight—and every single year of the Dan Campbell era. Needless to say, the Lions are going to have plenty of motivation on Monday night.
Oh, and I have mentioned that this is all being played on “Monday Night Football” in front of a raucous Ford Field? And the Lions are debuting their popular black uniforms just for this occasion? And that Calvin Johnson is being inducted into the “Pride of the Lions” at halftime?
Yeah, it’s going to be one heck of a night.
