Will Josh Allen continue at a MVP level in Week 4 against the Ravens?
The Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens will wrap up the Sunday slate of NFL games on Sunday Night Football in Week 4 of action. While the Ravens are 1-2 after three weeks, this will still be a matchup against two of the AFC’s best teams.
Coming into the year, some may have expected the Bills to have a slow start given the injuries on defense and loss of wide receiver Stefon Diggs on offense. However, led by quarterback Josh Allen, the Bills have arguably been the best team in the NFL. Allen has seven touchdowns and zero interceptions through three games and is considered a leading candidate for MVP.
Meanwhile, the Ravens have started slower out of the gate following last year’s AFC Championship appearance and Lamar Jackson’s MVP campaign. The Ravens lost to the Kansas City Chiefs and Las Vegas Raiders to start the year. After almost losing a 28-6 lead to the Dallas Cowboys, the Ravens were able to hang on and get their first win of the season.
According to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Ravens are 2.5 points favorites against the Bills at home. With that said, the Bills have been the much better team so far this season. Again, out of these two quarterbacks, Allen has looked like the MVP and this is a team that has been running on all cylinders. The Ravens may look to find some answers in the run game, but it’s hard to see them keeping up with the Bills let alone coming away with a win and covering a 2.5-point spread.
The Prediction: Bills (+2.5)
Season Record: 7-4
