Mostly good news for the purple
We’ve got the final injury reports for the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers as they get ready for this Sunday’s clash at Lambeau Field. Let’s take a look at the final reports for each side.
The bad news is that Pace will be out for the second consecutive game with his ankle issue. I don’t know if I’d be surprised to see him miss next week’s game in London as well and give him two more weeks to heal up with the bye. The good news is that everyone else has been given a clean bill of health for this one. We’ll see the return of Addison for the first time since the season opener, and Turner will be back after missing last week’s game as well. Darrisaw is apparently over whatever illness kept him sidelined on Thursday, which is quite a relief. All in all, the Vikings are pretty healthy for this one.
Only one player officially ruled out for the Packers for this one, as Morgan is out with a shoulder issue. The two primary concerns for the Packers are Alexander and Love, both of whom were listed as questionable. It’s worth noting that Alexander went from being limited in the first two practices to not practicing on Friday, which is generally not a great sign. As far as Love is concerned, I’m guessing that Matt LaFleur is going to wait until as close to kickoff as possible to name a starting quarterback for this one, and there’s a chance we’ll still see Love out there even if he doesn’t start.
Those are the final injury reports of the week for the Vikings and the Packers, folks. We’ll have more on this one for you as we get closer to kickoff.
