Let’s see what changes there have been
We’re on to Thursday, and that means we’re on to the second injury reports of the week for the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers ahead of this Sunday’s matchup at Lambeau Field. Let’s take a look at what’s changed since the initial reports came out yesterday.
Minnesota Vikings
Did Not Participate
- DL Jonathan Bullard (knee, downgrade from limited on Wednesday)
- OT Christian Darrisaw (illness, new addition to injury report)
- LB Ivan Pace Jr. (ankle)
- S Jay Ward (knee)
Limited Participation
- WR Jordan Addison (ankle)
- C Garrett Bradbury (ankle, upgrade from DNP on Wednesday)
- LB Kamu Grugier-Hill (knee)
- TE Josh Oliver (wrist)
Full Participation
- QB Sam Darnold (knee)
- OLB Dallas Turner (knee, upgrade from limited on Wednesday)
A bit of a mixed bag for the Vikings on Thursday, with Christian Darrisaw sitting out today coming as a bit of a surprise. No word on exactly what sort of illness he’s dealing with but hopefully he’ll be over it by the time Sunday rolls around. Bullard was also held out of practice today after being limited on Wednesday. On the bright side, both Bradbury and Turner were upgraded from where they were after the first practice session. There are, obviously, some things to keep an eye on when the final reports drop tomorrow.
Green Bay Packers
Did Not Participate
- OL Jordan Morgan (shoulder)
Limited Participation
- CB Jaire Alexander (ankle)
- DL Kenny Clark (toe)
- QB Jordan Love (knee)
- TE Luke Musgrave (quad)
- WR Jayden Reed (calf/quad)
- CB Carrington Valentine (ankle)
- DL Devonte Wyatt (shoulder, new addition to injury report)
Full Participation
- TE Tucker Kraft (shoulder, upgrade from limited on Wednesday)
- OL Josh Myers (shoulder, upgrade from limited on Wednesday)
- OL Zach Tom (quad, upgrade from limited on Wednesday)
A few changes for the Packers, as they added Wyatt to the injury report as being limited on Thursday. They also moved three players from the “limited participation” to “full participation” column, but most of their big names were still limited in Thursday. We still don’t know which direction the Packers are going to go in at quarterback, and my guess is that Friday won’t answer any of those questions.
Those are the second injury reports of the week for the Vikings and the Packers, folks. Final reports will come out tomorrow afternoon and we’ll have them right here for you.
