Stock up, stock down following the Bills’ win over the Jaguars
The Buffalo Bills (3-0) came into Monday Night Football looking to prove that their wins over the Arizona Cardinals and Miami Dolphins were not flukes. Despite knowing that they would be playing at home in their matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars (0-3), Buffalo knew that they would have to bring their A game if they wanted to pull out the win at home.
After the conclusion of Monday’s game, the Bills pulled out an absolute bruising of the Jaguars, winning the contest 47-10. Buffalo star quarterback Josh Allen had a masterclass of a game as he completed 23 of 30 passes for 263 yards (8.8 yards per completion) and four touchdowns, along with six carries for 44 rushing yards (7.3 yards per rush).
The reason that the Bills were able to put forth such a dominant effort was due to the performance of the entire offense along with the defense completely stifling Trevor Lawrence and company to the tune of just 239 total yards and 3.5 yards per play. Without further ado, here is the Bills’ stock report following Monday’s huge win over the Jaguars:
Stock Up: QB Josh Allen

While it’s not surprising to see Allen make these lists as a player whose stock is rising, his making this piece is more about what he was able to do to set up the Bills for a dominant win over an AFC opponent. Allen dished out four touchdown passes and also picked up 44 rushing yards on six carries to showcase just how great he was as a dual-threat against the Jaguars.
Stock Down: TE Dawson Knox

Knox could make this list as a stock down if you consider what little he has done this season despite the expectation of him being a starting tight end for this offense. However, Monday’s game against Jacksonville showed that Knox may have been supplanted by Dalton Kincaid, especially in a game where the Bills out up plenty of points to allow Knox to make some kind of impact in the passing game.
Stock Up: S Damar Hamlin

Hamlin had a huge night for the Bills as he picked up four tackles, but also had two passes defended, including the first interception of his career. Hamlin may not be able to win Comeback Player of the Year for this season, but it’s clear that he’s starting to find his game at a time where Buffalo needs him to be solid in the secondary.
Stock Down: K Tyler Bass

Bass has been a good kicker for the Bills for the past few years, but there are some who have been worried about him given some of his struggles kicking in the postseason. Bass did miss a field-goal last week against the Dolphins, but he was perfect on Monday against the Jaguars, as he added two more made field-goals to his tally for this campaign.
Stock Up: WR Khalil Shakir

Shakir is one of the players that the Bills have been counting on to pick up the slack following the departures of Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis. With his performance on Monday, Shakir showed that his breakout last season was not a fluke and that he’s ready to be a consistent contributor within the passing game for Josh Allen and company.
Stock Up: LB Dorian Williams

Williams makes this list for doing what he’s shown above doing: being a tackling machine and being one of the main players responsible for limiting Jacksonville’s running game. Williams piled up 11 tackles (8 solo), leading the team in the category as a testament to how well he has been playing the run so far this season.
