Eagles-Falcons Final Injury Report: A.J. Brown among two players ruled questionable

Week 2 game status updates.

The Philadelphia Eagles issued their third and final official injury report on Saturday in advance of their Week 2 game against the Atlanta Falcons on Monday Night Football.

The Eagles ruled two players questionable: A.J. Brown and Jonny Wilson.

Brown suffered a hamstring injury in practice this week. He was listed as limited on Friday before not practicing at all on Saturday. That sequence doesn’t seem super encouraging! Then again, Brown has missed just one game in his time with the Eagles, so it’s hard to totally count him out at this point in time.

Wilson is a brand new addition to the injury report. Like Brown, he missed Saturday’s practice due a hamstring issue. Pretty annoying timing.

If both Brown and Wilson can’t play, the Eagles have just three healthy wide receivers: DeVonta Smith, Jahan Dotson, and Britain Covey. They’d also likely temporarily elevate at least one practice squad wide receiver and it’d probably be Parris Campbell.

Jalen Hurts missing his top receiver on Monday night would obviously not be ideal. But the Eagles should still have enough offensive firepower to beat this Atlanta Falcons team that only managed to put up 10 points at home in Week 1.

In other news, Milton Williams was upgraded to full participation on Saturday after being limited on Thursday and Friday. He’s good to go.

Backup tackle Fred Johnson is also good to go after being added to Friday’s injury report with a thumb issue.

Tyler Steen was added to the injury report with an ankle issue (one can wonder if it’s the same one that previously caused him to miss time) but he was listed as a full participant.

Isaiah Rodgers and Devin White are both healthy enough to play after practicing in full all week.

ATLANTA FALCONS INJURY REPORT (SATURDAY)

The Falcons ruled out “quasi-starter” linebacker Nate Landman. His absence could be a hit to Atlanta’s run defense.

Backup corner Antonio Hamilton is also out.

Starting right tackle Kaleb McGary is listed without a game status. He was limited on Thursday and Friday before being upgraded to full go on Saturday.
