It’s so beautiful.
Things did not start off great for the Eagles offense on Friday night against the Packers, but on the third drive, it started clicking. Running back Saquon Barkley broke through the line for a first down, and a few plays later, made a beautiful catch down field for a touchdown.

It was Barkley’s first TD as a Philadelphia Eagle, but it assuredly won’t be his last. We didn’t get to see much of the offense during the preseason, but it’s pretty obvious that Barkley is set to have a massive role.

Aside from the production, it’s important for Barkley and Jalen Hurts to start building their chemistry as quickly and as early as possible, so it’s good to see the RB get so many touches in the first half of the game. Hopefully that connection continues to evolve, and as other guys get more involved, they’re able to do some different things and stay multiple — something they didn’t do last season.
